Graphs Trouble

If Graphs are Not Appearing NCSS 2007, PASS 2008, or GESS 2006 Output

The following does not apply to PASS 11 and NCSS 8 or later.

If you are experiencing problems viewing graphs in NCSS 2007, PASS 2008, or GESS 2006 or earlier (i.e. graphs do not appear in the output when they should), the problem is likely due to one or more corrupt installation files. To fix the problem, do the following:
  1. Find the following files in your C:\Windows\System32 directory Graphs32.ocx GSJPG32.DLL GSPROP32.DLL GSW32.EXE GSWAG32.DLL GSWDLL32.DLL
  2. Move each file listed above from the Windows\System32 directory to another directory of your choice or rename the files. Note, you must either move or delete the files since NCSS will not replace them unless they is not found in the Windows\System32 directory. You can accomplish this using your Windows Explorer program.
  3. Re-run the NCSS 2007 or PASS 2008 setup file and choose "repair" when prompted.
This should fix the problem.

"PASS 13 is fantastic! Better than my new dishwasher and microwave combined."

"I really love this version of NCSS and as teacher and researcher in a medical field I can say there aren't many things I miss in it... The help system is another strong feature; the transformations interface is one of my favorites as well."
